These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PR and digital visibility services (“Services”) provided by TATUPUSH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.
By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
TATUPUSH LTD provides digital public relations services for artists, including but not limited to:
Online interviews and editorial content
Media placements on industry-relevant platforms
Digital branding and visibility support
Each service is tailored individually based on client information, artistic profile, and outreach goals.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services. By using our Services, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
3. Payments & Billing
All payments must be made in full before work begins. Prices are displayed in USD or EUR depending on your region, and payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
No work will commence until payment is received.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours after payment, provided that we have not yet started editorial development or media outreach. After this period, the order is considered confirmed and non-cancellable.
Dispute and Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services, no refunds will be issued after editorial work begins.
Refunds are only issued if:
The client cancels before editorial work starts
We are unable to deliver the service as agreed due to internal reasons

5. Delivery Timeline
Delivery times may vary depending on the media outlet’s editorial schedule and the scope of your order. While some publications are completed within 7 business days, others may require 20 to 30 business days due to editorial approvals and scheduling.
We estimate an average delivery window of 15 to 20 business days from confirmation, but cannot guarantee exact dates as we rely on third-party publishing partners.
6. Intellectual Property
All published content remains the intellectual property of the respective media outlet. Clients are granted full rights to share, reproduce, and display their interview or feature for promotional purposes.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information when completing our intake form. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete data.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All information shared during onboarding is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law or with your written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
TATUPUSH LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of London, United Kingdom.
